Bathroom ensuite:- remove adjoining wall to widen bathroom. Supply and install 750 x 1800mm spa bath where toilet currently is Supply and install pressalite basin with sensor taps. Supply and install pressalite change table. Supply and install 1 x concealed pan toilet suite (as indicated on plan). Supply and install 2m HHS and lever taps to 1200mm x 1200mm hobfree shower. Supply and fit 800mm clear opening door to bathroom. Supply and install TMV. Supply and fit 100mm x 100mm slip resistant floor tiles. Tile to ceiling. Supply and fit toilet roll holder, towel rail and towel ring. Supply and fit 1200mm x 1200mm ceiling suspended shower curtain.
