Abstract	This CD is the 2nd edition of Colour and Contrast Design Guide by ICI Paints and incorporates the new version of Dulux Colour Palette (U.K.) 2001. The Guide is based on the findings from Project Rainbow carried out under the supervision of K. Bright at the The University of Reading. The important objective of this project has been to produce design guidance that helps to improve the built environment of the visually impaired.
